Weekends with the Weisguides is a monthly program that features interactive tours and art making activities. Each month, a thematic connection will be made to an exhibition or the building architecture. Visitors can tour the museum, interact with guides and other patrons and participate in an art making activity.
Frank Gehry’s design inspiration for the architecture of WAM came from its neighbor, the Mississippi River. Experiment with the shapes of waves and the fluidity of the river by making a pop-up building or map. Join the Weisguides on a tour focused on the architecture of the building and Frank Gehry.
Light refreshments will be served.
Parking is available in the parking garage located under the museum. Limited meter parking is available on the street.
