Is innovation always about developing better products and technologies? Is the R&D lab the only source of innovation within companies? While these are important sources of innovation, they are by no means the only ones. There are ten different types of innovation that should be considered depending on a company’s differentiation strategy and external industry and market trends. This workshop will introduce you to the ten types of innovation and help you understand when and how each form of innovation can help your company win. Join Kirk Froggatt (TLI Gemini Chair and former VP at EcoLab), Steve Webster (TLI Honeywell/Spencer Chair and former VP at 3M) and Mike Begich (Optimized Operations Manager at 3M) for a lively discussion and learn from the experience of these accomplished innovation leaders.
About the Gemini Project
The Gemini Project is designed to help you "jump start" your career as an innovation leader by broadening your mind set, expanding your tool set, and developing the "soft skills" and business acumen you will need to create your own "ripple effect" of success.
