Today TRiO has eight programs nationally that serve more than 840,000 low-income and first-generation college students and students with disabilities—including more than 15,000 at a total of 29 sites in Minnesota.
This year, pre-college TRiO students in the southern portion of Minnesota are invited to recognize TRiO Day at the 2012 MN TRiO - Southern Tier - TRiO Day hosted by the University of Minnesota College of Education and Human Development. The day is designed to equip pre-college TRiO students with information about academic and college preparation, leadership, financial aid, student involvement, social and cultural capital skill building, advocacy, admissions processes, careers, and majors. Contact email@example.com for more information.
