Featuring Caitlin Kelly, author of Malled: My Unintentional Career in Retail

Books available for purchase during the event courtesy of the U of M Bookstores for $15.50 (10% off the retail price, tax included).

Caitlin Kelly, author of Malled: My Unintentional Career in Retail, will offer stories and advice about engagement in retail, from truly connecting with customers to motivating frontline staff and encouraging them to connect authentically with their shoppers. Kelly is a career print journalist in New York, and most recently a staff reporter for the New York Daily News.

Registration preferred by October 22.

Retail Connect is an annual event for alumni, students, and professionals in retail.

Presented by the University of Minnesota College of Design Retail Merchandising Program and Retail Merchandising Advisory Board with support from the Salkin Endowment Fund and Kohl's.
