Opening presentation: Breakthrough: Super Connect with your Customers
The face of the Internet and e-commerce is rapidly changing. Jim Wehmann, senior vice president of global marketing at Digital River, will explore how millions of people around the world are overcoming historical barriers to impact how they connect with their customers online. Through avenues such as social networks, mobile commerce and App Stores, marketers can easily reach their consumer directly. Jim will draw on many years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience to help you understand how you can use this shift to significantly impact your direct marketing and customer relationships now and in the future.
Don Wortley, Manager of Best Buy's Digital Marketing Group, and Peter Riley, Vice President-Regional Manager of Kohl’s Department Stores with share examples of what their organizations have been doing in this arena, including what's worked, what hasn't, and what's next.
Reception and time for networking will follow program. Advanced registration required.
