The 50th Anniversary of the Kerner Commission Report Conference will take place September 5–7 at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. This symposium marks the publication of a comprehensive journal that will reflect on the meaning of the watershed 1968 report and examine the failures and successes of the study in remedying institutionalized economic and educational disparities based on original empirical research.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for participants on all full days of the conference, including Thursday, September 6, and Friday, September 7. Participants will be asked for information about dietary restrictions at the time of registration.
