About this event
The U.S. Census Bureau’s Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) program produces a unique set of data tools for workforce planning and research. This spring the Census Bureau released a beta version of Job-to-Job Flows Explorer, or J2J Explorer - a new web-based analysis tool that allows users to analyze worker reallocation in the United States. This interactive application uses tables, maps and charts to compare, aggregate and analyze flows by worker and firm characteristics. This session walks users through practical examples used to measure job-changing rates. Visit the following link to access the tool and help and documentation, http://j2jexplorer.ces.census.gov/
