Featuring Mahler’s Totenfeier (1888), a performance of "Glitter and Be Gay" from Leonard Bernstein's Candide and "Non, Monsieur, mon mari" from Francis Poulenc's Les Mamelles De Tiresias (Alphonse LeDuc-King Music, Inc.) by Laura Hynes, the U of M School of Music concerto competition winner, and Strauss’s Suite and Final Scene from Der Rosenkavalier.
Convenient parking is available at the University's 19th Avenue and 21st Avenue parking ramps; you must pay a fee to park in these ramps. More information is also available on the University Parking and Transportation Services website.
Parking is available at the 21st Avenue and 19th Avenue parking ramps on the West Bank at the University of Minnesota. Cost is $6.00 per car, pay as you enter, cash or check only. There are also four parking spaces on the turn circle drive in front of Ted Mann Hall available to Ted Mann patrons needing accessible parking. These spaces are available one hour before event start time and up to ½ hour after Ted Mann event end time. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ted Mann Concert Hall's convenient circular driveway allows patrons easy pick-up and drop-off access to the building.
Reservation Information: This event is free and open to the public. Tickets and reservations not required. Seats are available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
