Once again the Club is in cahoots with Slow Food Minnesota, bringing Lynne Rossetto Kasper to the West Wing! Executive Chef Beth Jones will prepare a lovely buffet with recipes from Lynne's book The Splendid Table’s How to Eat Weekends. Lynne will provide a lively and insightful view of food today. Copies of How to Eat Weekends will be available for purchase and signing

The Menu for A Mexican Comida
U of MN cheese with Tomatillo Salsa; Jicama and Mango in Chile and Lime
Yucatan Pork in Banana Leaves; Black Beans and Rice; Corn Tortillas and for dessert:
Chile-Spiked Mexican Wedding Cakes

$45 for Campus Club and Slow Food members and $55 for non-members.

Proceeds will benefit Slow Food Minnesota.
