Once again the Club is in cahoots with Slow Food Minnesota, bringing Lynne Rossetto Kasper to the West Wing! Executive Chef Beth Jones will prepare a lovely buffet with recipes from Lynne's book The Splendid Table’s How to Eat Weekends. Lynne will provide a lively and insightful view of food today. Copies of How to Eat Weekends will be available for purchase and signing
