Description:

Interested in using digital storytelling in your University course? The Immigration History Research Center (IHRC) can provide you with the resources and assistance to participate in Immigrant Stories, our latest research project, and train your students in digital storytelling. Immigrant Stories assists immigrants and refugees in making digital stories about their lives and preserves these stories in the IHRC’s Archive. Our goals are to collect the stories of contemporary migrants and to connect them to the histories of immigration, race, and ethnicity in the United States.

At our open house you'll be able to see some of the digital stories we've already collected, view our curricular materials, and discuss your course's particular needs with our staff.
