CLA is proud to be a powerhouse of human rights scholarship. This year’s signature alumni event will open with a lunch buffet and three of CLA’s superstar faculty in a panel discussion on human rights. Guests will then attend two small group sessions, selecting from an array of intriguing topics—journalism and immigration, the cultural psychology of storytelling, poetry and the health of our society, the future of the English language, queer Twin Cities, and what trees can tell us about environmental history. The event will conclude with a networking and social hour.
Space is limited, register by February 14. Learn more & register
