Description:

Lt. Col. (Ret.) Greg Brown will speak about his lead role in one of the most significant domestic human rights achievements of the last 20 years: the dismantling of the 1993 "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy regarding homosexuality within the United States Armed Forces.

Brown was a senior personnel administrator in the Department of Defense until last year, when he retired after 24 years of service with the United States Air Force. Greg is a passionate Golden Gopher and a native of Arlington, VA. He and his wife Beth currently reside in Washington D.C.
