The P&A (Professional & Administrative) Women’s Council invites you to attend the 2013 P&A Women’s Professional Development Conference: Leading through Change. This one-day professional development opportunity for P&A women at the University of Minnesota will provide information to enhance leadership skills during time of change. The goals of this Conference are to deepen awareness of issues surrounding women’s leadership, pay and workplace equity, and diversity, to provide information on both the history and future of P&A women at this University, and to proactively develop leadership skills and prepare P&A women to lead as the University is changing. This conference will also provide opportunities to network with other P&A women.
