Effective and efficient resolution of discrimination concerns is critical to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace. This hands-on workshop helps managers, and supervisors understand their key role in resolving discrimination concerns. Case studies and interactive exercises provide opportunities for participants to learn different approaches and share best practices in handling discrimination concerns.
